3. These taste awful, what can I do?
Unflavoured BCAA are notoriously bitter to consume! We strongly recommend starting with a flavoured version (which we stock!). If you’re a seasoned veteran and want the most protein-packed version you can try to mix unflavoured BCAA with strong citrus flavours such as orange juice.

We recommend a serving of 15-20g/ day, 30 minutes prior to exercise or during exercise. Many other brands dose their BCAA at much lower doses such as 3-5g. We do not recommend using doses this small as it will most likely yield little to no results.
